Maureen's Haven shelters the homeless each Wednesday night from November to April. Volunteers prepare meals, visit with guests and stay overnight. To learn more about Maureen's Haven Click here.
Giving Tree helps those in need by placing requests for material goods or small monetary donations on the wooden "tree" in the Christian Education Wing. It meets as needed after worship.
Mission Committee oversees FPC's local and global mission initiatives, such as the annual CROP Hunger Walk, international disaster relief and medical missionary work. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month in the evening.
Sewing "Plus" Circle knits hats, scarves and mittens to donate to CAST and other organizations. This group meets the second Tuesday of each month in the morning.
Tuesday Suppers has volunteer teams that help prepare delicious, nutritious meals on Tuesday evenings at the church. This weekly program runs from April through October.
Wings of Eagles provides local residents with transportation to critical medical appointments. Volunteers join an "on-call" list of drivers.
